The acquisition of the LEXOLUBE Division from INOLEX expands the lubricant and lubricant component portfolio at Zschimmer & Schwarz. With this acquisition, the specialty chemicals manufacturer gains further access to a growing and strategically important market.

Lahnstein (Germany), Milledgeville (GA), January 2017 - In line with a clearly defined growth strategy, Zschimmer & Schwarz, Inc., has acquired the LEXOLUBE Division from INOLEX, Inc. The acquisition expands the existing business portfolio of the specialty chemicals manufacturer with additional specialty lubricants and lubricant components. The transaction took place on January 3 rd , 2017.

In order to guarantee a smooth transition, INOLEX will continue to produce LEXOLUBE products for a certain period until manufacturing is transferred to the Milledgeville, GA site. Sales for LEXOLUBE products will be exclusiv ely handled by Zschimmer & Schwarz Inc.
