We reduce emissions and clean our wastewater in our own wastewater treatment plants at several locations. We check our products for their environmental compatibility at every stage – from production to further processing. With the RSPO certification of several locations, we commit ourselves voluntarily to the use of sustainably grown palm oil. As a system partner of bluesign®, Zschimmer & Schwarz stands for resource-efficient and environmentally conscious production. Many of the chemical auxiliaries comply with GOTS and meet the OEKO-TEX®-Standard 100, which means they are certified sustainable and pollutant-tested. Strictly adhering to the ZDHC MRSL list eliminates potentially harmful chemicals from the supply chain.
