Job Description:

• Develop and maintain the Group's reporting structure in Power BI
• Create and analyze reports and dashboards to track performance and measure key metrics
• Identify trends and anomalies in data and present findings to management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Create and drive automated reports to increase efficiency
• Providing data-driven insights to support decision making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data
• Keep up to date with the latest data analytics techniques and tools

Required Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related role
• Very good knowledge of Power BI and SQL
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
