Zschimmer & Schwarz, by acquiring a controlling stake of 60% in Samia S.p.A., will be strongly committed to bring Samia finishing and pigment solutions to a broader range of clients. Samia is proud to have such a reliable and trustworthy partner in order to better serve its customer base.

Mr Ciarlo will continue to manage Samia as a CEO of the company and all the financial shareholders are welcoming the new leading industrial partner Zschimmer & Schwarz. The shareholders will remain invested in Samia and are looking forward to the new energy and the future synergies coming from the deal.
