The AQUACOLOR CC product line offers water-based digital printing inks designed for a wide range of printing applications while minimizing environmental impact. Thanks to an advanced formulation with nanometric pigments dispersed in water and polar solvents, the organic content is reduced by around 50%, significantly lowering emissions of VOCs, aldehydes, and TOC, which are major sources of odors and pollutants.

AQUACOLOR CC inks are compatible with different printing systems and provide excellent resistance to moisture and climatic influences, long-lasting color stability, and strong abrasion resistance. In the construction materials industry, these inks allow direct printing onto surfaces without a primer. After printing, a protective varnish can be applied using spraying or roller methods. The inks are UV-resistant and form a reliable bond with both the hardened material and the protective coating, ensuring durable, high-quality decoration.

Zschimmer & Schwarz offers ready-to-use digital printing inks for decorating a variety of building materials under the name TRUCOLOR CC. These special UV-resistant inks allow direct printing on absorbent surfaces without a primer, simplifying the application process.

After printing, a coating can be applied for fixation using spray, valve, or roller methods, depending on the process.

TRUCOLOR CC inks are compatible with all common digital printing systems. Their stable rheology and consistent viscosity, even across temperature variations, ensure reliable performance and versatility. The non-drying formulation prevents deposits on printheads, reduces maintenance, and provides a clean, odor-free working environment.
