AQUACOLOR water-based inks are nano-scale pigment dispersions carried in water and polar solvents. 

Their formulation reduces the organic content by around 50 %, which in turn significantly lowers VOCs, aldehydes and TOC – the main drivers of odor and pollutant emissions.

AQUACOLOR combines color consistency with high technical and aesthetic performance: crisp print definition, smooth process continuity and reliable in-line operation. And since the system is water-based, it eliminates repellency issues that typically arise from the polarity discrepancy between non-polar solvent-based inks and the polar aqueous solutions used along the glazing lines.

Stable viscosity and surface tension at jetting temperatures between 30 and 50 °C, along with a density range of approximately 1.1 to 1.4 g/cm³ depending on the formulation, ensure consistent and precise printing performance.

TRUCOLOR solvent-based inks have been developed using a sophisticated formulation approach that integrates advanced organic chemistry with precise control of fluid behavior, in full compliance with the stringent quality requirements of ceramic pigment applications.

They are characterized by excellent rheological reliability and by viscosity values that remain stable over a wide temperature range. The ability to tolerate water additions of up to 10 % further enhances their flexibility in manufacturing processes.

The non-drying formulation significantly reduces the risk of deposits forming on printheads, lowering maintenance costs and contributing to a hygienic, odorless production environment.

In addition, excellent filtration performance prevents clogging problems, while the high color intensity and an extended color gamut ensure outstanding decorative results and enhanced visual impact.

Most of these products are based on polar systems and have been developed to reduce odors and emissions generated during firing, contributing to a lower environmental footprint.

TRUBOND solvent-based digital glues are engineered to ensure reliable adhesion of fine powders and granules on ceramic surfaces. Thanks to a polymer-based formulation with high bonding efficiency, they support the creation of a broad variety of decorative solutions and surface finishes.

The products in this range are enriched with ceramic fluxes that promote optimal melting during firing, contributing to improved performance and durability of the applied decoration.

Developed with production efficiency in mind, TRUBOND digital glues are easy to handle and require limited maintenance. Regular visual checks of the printing bar and timely filter replacement, in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s guidelines, are sufficient to ensure consistent results.
