Job Description:

• Support in financial analysis and reporting activities
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes
• Assist in variance analysis and performance evaluation

Required Profile:

• Degree in business administration (or equivalent), as well as initial work experience in controlling, FP&A or finance and accounting
• Initial experience in analyzing operational performance (revenue and cost drivers) 
• Critical mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
